Test post

Simply, we want to create habits. The kind of habits that stick around for the long haul and make us better versions of ourselves. Personally, the only way I saw all this working was by creating challenges that I'd be too stubborn to fail at. By also declaring my challenge out loud to the world … errrherrrmm … I mean, posting it on FB and Twitter, there was no turning back.
